Parent Coaching
Chelsea Vail is a former Play Therapist and Family Counselor turned parenting specialist trained in Love & Logic, Positive Discipline, Filial Therapy, No Drama Discipline, and the Whole Brain Child. Chelsea can offer parent coaching individually, group work, or virtual. She offers support on an as needed basis or can schedule a weekly or bi-weekly check-in.
$125hr or $75hr in groups
Sleep Consultation
Chelsea Vail, is a Newborn Care Specialist, with extensive knowledge of infant development and healthy sleep. She offers a virtual consultation to learn your needs as a parent and current struggles your baby is having with sleep. She'll send a written plan for sleep routine, habits, and environment and follow up in 2-3 days and again a week later. Nearly all of Chelsea's clients have reported healthier, deeper sleep with 72 hours.
